You should bring with you shorts or a vest top depending on the area that is to be examined.

There is no waiting list.  We usually see clients within 24-48 hours of their enquiry.

Your initial treatment session will be 45 minutes.  Any follow up appointments will be 30 minutes, although if they are any longer there will be no extra charge. 

Unless you are going through medical insurance and they request it, you do not need to go through your GP.  Simply call or email us for an appointment.

It depends on your diagnosis.  The physio will discuss with you at the first appointment how many sessions it may take.  We pride ourselves at Vivo Physiotherapy that we do not see you any longer than necessary.

We treat all conditions relating to soft tissue, bones and joints.  If you are unsure we can treat your condition then either call or email us and we will advise you appropriately.

No.  You can walk in off the street and make an appointment at reception.  Alternatively, you can call, message or email to make an appointment.

Yes.  The physio can treat symptoms and conditions children present with and they have appropriate disclosure certification.

Payments are made at the end of each appointment and can be make either by cash or card.

We no longer accept insurance clients. Please contact your insurance provider for a list of physiotherapists available to you. 

We appreciate your circumstances can change and to ensure that no costs are incurred, we require 24 hours notice of any cancellation.

Can you make referrals for additional assessments if required (scans/x-rays etc.)

We have excellent relationships with a number of orthopaedic consultants who we can refer you to if appropriate.  If additional investigation is required through the  NHS we will refer you to your GP with our findings.
